The History of Performance Staffing Solutions
Our founders got their start working with nationwide staffing agencies, where they learned firsthand some of the core skills associated with hiring and recruitment. Over time, they began to get the same question over and over again from their clients and customers: When are you going to start an agency of your own?
With the encouragement and support of faithful clients, Performance Staffing Solutions was launched in 2007. Since day one, our team has been committed to doing our job and doing it well, building strong relationships through our expertise, attentiveness, and outstanding results.
In the years since, Performance Staffing Solutions has only grown, and we are proud to be one of the Carolinas’ top hiring and recruitment agencies. We provide staffing solutions from the front of the business all the way to the back—from accountants, clerks, and administrators through loading dock workers and skilled tradespeople.
We continue to hone our core strengths, including amazing flexibility, a commitment to cutting-edge technology, and innovations in staffing and recruitment. More than anything, we remain dedicated to building and strengthening relationships, listening to what our customers need and providing them with custom solutions.
We aren’t highly corporate, and we don’t fit into a neat box; instead, we provide the nimbleness and adaptability our customers need from their staffing agency.
Meet Our Leadership Team
Jaime Daniell: CEO/Co-Founder
I believe in relationships, not transactions… because at our core, we are a community that is stronger together than as individuals.
Before starting her own firm in 2007, Jaime held leadership roles at several national staffing agencies and was a recognized trailblazer in development. She was consistently ranked in the top tier for revenue at each of her companies and was honored with the “President’s Performance Club” award and “Branch of the Year” several years consecutively.
Jaime has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Virginia University with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She was born and raised in the New York City area, and now lives in Charlotte with her husband, Eric, and daughter, Kaylee. Jaime is an active board member for several non-profit organizations, Women in Business advocate, art collector, traveler, and Kaylee-superfan.
Kristen Little: President/Co-Founder
Service is not what we do, but who we are. It is a way of living that we bring to everything we do.
With 23 years of staffing industry experience, Kristen has held a variety of management positions. Prior to joining PSS, she worked at two national staffing agencies where she gained experience in the North Carolina, South Carolina, and California markets. Under her leadership, her offices received many recognition awards to include “Branch of the Year” and “Presidents Performance Club”.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from UNC Charlotte. She has a passion for serving the community and is a member of several non-profit committees.
