I had an outstanding experience working with Performance Staffing Solutions, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of professionalism and care I received throughout the entire process. Johanna, Catherine, and Diane went above and beyond to provide support with precision and efficiency. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one!
My experience at Performance Staffing Solutions was amazing. Interviews always makes me nervous, but my recruiter, Lena Teodorovici, was very reassuring and comforting as she guided me through every step of the application/hiring process. She was there for me and very genuine. She advocated for me, and I got hired on the spot. Thank you so much, Lena.
I had a wonderful experience working with recruiter Angie Nino in the Gastonia office. She is incredibly supportive, empathetic, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right opportunity. Throughout the process, she kept me informed, offered thoughtful and honest guidance, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and positive. I’m very grateful for her professionalism and kindness — I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a recruiter who truly cares.
Nicole M. She was so helpful and sweet and I love how it wasn’t complicated!!
It's incredible to find a responsible company that places its employees in the right areas. They are diligent, professional, and very serious. Every process is carried out meticulously: background checks, drug testing, interviews, and hiring. The attention I received from Ms. Nicolle was excellent. I highly recommend them for staffing, recruitment, and implementation solutions.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole Martinez at The Shoppes at Worthington. She was caring, professional and interested in me and what I as looking for in a career not just a placement to be miserable in and walk out of. I will definitely be referring her to others. I can't wait to continue our employment journey together as I look for my retirement career in customer service.

Visited the location off of Shopton Rd regarding an application I placed online. Made an appointment to come in the following day to discuss my application. Office is very neat, organized and well lit. Staff is welcoming and helpful.
I had such a great experience with Melissa Campbell. She was understanding of my situation and looked for a job for me right away. I would definitely recommend to go see her for your employment needs.
My interview experience with Shawna was positive and professional. The conversation felt genuine, and I appreciated the open communication and the opportunity to ask questions throughout the interview process.
As an employer, Performance Staffing Solutions has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, their team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely invests their time in helping people succeed. I especially want to highlight Melissa, one of their recruiters, who consistently goes above and beyond. She’s incredibly easy to work with, always kind, attentive, and proactive in her communication.
Melissa takes the time to understand our needs. It can be a challenge to find someone so dedicated in the staffing world. Thanks to her and the entire team, the recruiting process runs smoothly and stress-free.

I have worked with the Performance staffing crew for quite a while. They have always been very professional and very helpful when meeting my needs as an employer.
I recently was recommending a staffing service to someone needing work, and there is no other company I would ever recommend for someone to either use to get a job or someone needing their service to get temp workers. The entire crew at the Shopton location is the best.
I had a great experience with Performance Staffing Solutions. From the moment I walked in, the onboarding process was smooth, fast, and professional. Leslie, the manager, was especially helpful—she made sure everything was clearly explained and handled efficiently. The team was friendly, organized, and made the whole process stress-free.
Thanks to their support, I was able to complete my onboarding quickly, and I’m already set to start my new job tomorrow. I really appreciate how seamless they made everything. Highly recommend Performance Staffing Solutions for anyone looking to get to work quickly with great support!
I was in need of a worker, desperately, and TC acted extremely quick and found someone that did a great job! Thank you TC and thank you Performance Staffing Solutions!
I recently did a walk-in visit at PSS on W Franklin Blvd in Gastonia. I must say, my experience was much better than previous experiences I've had in the past with other agencies. The staff there, particularly Kayla at the front desk, were very professional and extremely courteous and friendly. I would recommend this location to any looking for work.
The Gastonia Performance Staffing team is GREAT at ensuring all of our needs are met. Thanks for all you do to keep help keep our company fully staffed.
I have worked with Lesley and the Performance Staffing crew for quite a while. Lesley has always been very professional and very helpful when meeting my needs as an employer.
I recently was recommending a staffing service to someone needing work, and there is no other company I would ever recommend for someone to either use to get a job or someone needing their service to get temp workers. The entire crew at the Shopton location is the best.
Recently relocated to Charlotte. The location is easy to find. The staff was very friendly. Process wasn’t difficult. Even though this was an interview for them to help with finding employment, I was informed before leaving of the possibility of a position available. Would definitely recommend to anyone new to the area.
